I am acutely aware that I have a very long way to go before achieving any kind of uniformity and consistancy; however, I am still enjoying this challenge very much and can see an improvement in my work.
As with some of the previous faces I've shown I have used a mix of micron pen, graphite pencil, colouring pencils and watercolour pencils.
I have decided to link to Paint Party Friday for the first time.
Many thanks to everyone who visits for your kind and generous comments, loving support and encouragement.
Until next time..............
.........thanks for popping by to say 'Hi' ((hugs)) :o) x
LOVING you sharing your progress Mo, each face has it's own personality, enjoying the simplicity of just lines and simple couring, am in awe of your shading, it's my weak spot...
ReplyDeleteEnjot your weekend:-) xxx

ReplyDeleteThese are all very well done AND they each have such different facial expressions. So glad to see you're keeping up with this project!
It's so cool seeing them all together. The faces continue to improve and I love seeing your progress!
ReplyDeleteYou are getting lots of practice Mo and I can certainly see improvements in your faces. I love the first one in this group and the boy (wee man?) is fantastic. I have really enjoyed this journey with you! Hugs, Anne xx
ReplyDeleteApologies Mo, I meant to say thank you for the lovely comment you left on my blog, I really appreciate it! A xxx
ReplyDeleteYou are progressing nicely - you capture a unique expression on each face. Welcome to PPF
ReplyDeleteI'm very impressed with your improvement. I would not have kept at it like you are. Way to go
ReplyDeleteThese ladies have such personality, they're really good. My favourites are the first, second and last.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely compliment of faces. Wonderful.
ReplyDeleteWanted to give you a little tip. I couldn't see the latest words at CB either. That has happened for the last three challenges. BUT, I found a way to make them show up. I just go to their sidebar and click on ARCHIVES for that month. The latest entry should be the one you want. Once the archives for that month start loading, click on the relevant one (most recent). Hope that gets you into their site easier and quicker.
ReplyDeleteWonderful sketches, Mo. Welcome to PPF!! :) xx
ReplyDeleteI think they're really good Mo!!! Well done!
ReplyDeleteYour faces are really coming along Mo. Each has it's own character. I struggle with shading faces, but yours are looking good.
