Café Olé or Café au lait?

Hello Everyone!

The other night my husband went to see his sister, (his Friday night ritual), and came home with a coffee maker. She was replacing it with a new one, even though this one is still in excellent and working condition;
but not being one for looking a gift horse in the mouth, I was excited to try it.
Now isn't that pretty :D And if you'd like to pop round I will be happy to make one for you too.
I'm delighted to be sharing this with the lovely ladies over at Elizabeth's for Tea on Tuesday
Even though I haven't participated for a few weeks I have popped in and out when I could.
Now craft wise, I have been having some more fun being, 'inspired by'......
Number 7

Mondrian meets Modigliani.

Inspired by Kandinsky.

Inspired by Hieronymus Bosch.

Many thanks for your visit, I truly appreciate it.
Until next time, do take care,
and be happy.
{{Hugs}} Mo :o)) x

  1. Hi Mo! Well that machine certainly makes an attractive cuppa! Although I don't drink coffee, I do enjoy a good latte or cappuccino. We have a machine that you have to froth the milk manually, and I can never get it that perfect.

Your inspired by art are wonderful! I like them all, but I think the Kandinsky flowers are my favorite!

  2. I would put that machine to good use, too. And I would love to share a latte with you. Yum!

Your art always puts a smile on my face. One of my favorite artists is Mondrian, and I was delighted to see your interpretation of the piece Mondrian meets Modigliani.

Thanks for sharing that lovely new to you coffee maker and your fun art with us for T this week. So glad to have you back.

  8. Love your art, the inspiration sources are worthy of it, too, I think. Nothing elevates the soul as art can, in my experience. That coffee looks like it was made by a barrista, I bet it tastes as good! Happy T-Day!

  11. I am on my way! But since I can't have coffee OR tea any more, I'll just watch you make beautiful drinks in your new machine! I think I might be slightly in love with the florescent fleurs! I can see my dad in the late 60's putting them under his black light!!

  15. the coffee looks wonderful, and I love your 'inspired by' series! I had to laugh about the 'Bosch inspiration'...when I first saw it I wondered 'What in the world?' and then saw the artist inspiration name---perfect! (except Bosch probably would have been more disturbing) you made me smile! happy T Tuesday!

  22. Your "inspired by" are terrific and look great fun too. I especially like the vase and the bright colours on black are so cleverly done, I wonder what paints you used to get this great glowing effect.
