'Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon', so of course I switched tack, and this is what I came up with.
I used a gritty texture paste for the moon, painted it with a metallic grey acrylic paint, stamped some footprints on, which I outlined with paint to make them clearer, and then mixed paint for a nightsky. I dotted some twinkly stars with white Wink of Stella and wrote the quote. It is actually part of some lyrics of a song called There's a world out there by Paul Brandt - you can listen to it by clicking on the song title if you're interested. It is a lovely song.
Thank you for popping in to look and if you leave a comment I appreciate it very much. I always try to reply and apologise if it isn't always done quickly.
That's all for now, and until next time...........
...........((hugs)) :o) x

DeleteOh, very unusual! It's a super surface on the moon and I love the sky too. I'm listening to the song, sounds a bit 60's.

DeleteYou have created a great image of the moon. I wonder who's tiny feet you used for the footprints. I love country music. I really miss the Country Music Channel. We used to get it on cable tv then they took it off for some reason.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks Carol. The feet are from a wee christmas stamp set on this months Craft Stamper Magazine, so you can imagine whose boots they may be, lol. :o) x
