By Wee Man

Hi Everyone, Wee Man here - Part 1

I am going to tell you a bit about the holiday me and granny went on to London for my birthday. We had a fantastic time and I think it was the best holiday ever. I can't wait to go back again another day. Gran said maybe next year.
We went on the Caledonian sleeper train from Inverness to London Euston and had breakfast on the train when we got there.
When we got to Euston we went to the hotel and left our bags before we went to Hamley's. I bought a model of the new London hybrid buses.
Granny blew up balloons and decorated our bedroom while I was asleep.
I didn't hear a thing!
The cool blue bunting was made for me by our friend Sue Waters in America.
The train card was sent from Pam Robinson in America. She made it just for me.
I was very lucky and got lots of gifts and cards from my friends and when we were having our breakfast the workers brought me a birthday breakfast and everyone sang Happy Birthday to me. I was a bit scared at first but it was very nice.
Afterwards we went to the London Aquarium. My favourite was the sharks
Granny's favourite was the Sea Horses but I think they are boring.
Did you know there is such a thing as Cowfish!?
In the afternoon we went on the Tea Bus There was lots of nice things to eat.
The ladies brought me a big cupcake and everyone sang Happy Birthday to me and I blew out the candles.
We went past this office building and the lady on the bus said it costs £30million to get an office there! I think that's just crazy!

I am sharing this with Elizabeth for T on Tuesday.
I will tell you more about our holiday another day. Maybe tomorrow.

Thanks for popping by to say Hi :D

Bye for now! Hugs, Wee Man.

T on Tuesday stands for............

...........Tea with Elizabeth and a Tangled Tag

It's hard to believe that it's Tuesday again 'already' but time does have a way of moving along regardless. I want to thank all the lovely visitors and those who left such awesome comments for Wee Man last week when he shared is Cafe Francais with us all.
They really do make him smile; and it is a beautiful smile.

This is an index card I did in 2013. A photo of WeeMan that I played about with :)

This week I am sharing a pie that Son2 and I made the other day; a banana pie with sweet shortcrust pastry. It has crunchy peanut butter layered in it too.
We ate it hot with salted caramel ice cream and it was delicious.
I washed it down with a glass of water, but then had a delicious cup of red berry tea.

If you fancy seeing what the other T ladies have been upto, then go to Elizabeth's blog and follow the links.
Maybe I'll see you there :-D

Tuesday for me also means a new theme over on the Tag Tuesday blog. I know I don't usually share it here, but I am always afraid of boring you with long posts. We are all busy people after all :)
But as I had completed my tag in plenty of time, instead of last minute, I thought I would pop it in here as well.
The theme this week, is Symmetry.

Taking the easy way out, I did some doodling, pattern drawing, tangling, whatever you want to call it. I just did it whilst watching a little TV, and I added the colour with my gel pens.

Thank you so much for looking.
Until next time, stay well and be happy
{{Hugs}} :o)) Mo x

T stands for Tea on Tuesday

I have followed 'T Stands for Tea on Tuesday' from the sidelines for quite a while, and fancied joining in.  I was unsure how to, so I asked the hostess, Elizabeth, from Altered Book Lover, if it was ok to join in and she very kindly said, ' Feel free to join in anytime. We welcome new members and those who visit on occasion' Isn't that lovely? I understand that the photo's don't need to be taken on a Tuesday but should relate in someway to a drink.

So without further twaddle ado, here is my first post.

Wee Man had an appointment at the Orthotic clinic on Monday and on the way home, much to his delight, we stopped here for lunch >>>

It is an old bus coach. And Wee Man loves buses!

The 'Pitstop' is a little cafe down the A96 between Inverurie and Huntly, on the right coming from Aberdeen. We had seen it before as we've passed on the train but we'd never been that way in a car as we don't own one. A good friend loaned me her car for the appointment, 80 miles away, so this was a real bonus for our wee bus fan.

I was too nervous, expecially with it being a fairly cramped area, to take any pictures of the inside, sorry. What do you say to the proprietors when you want to take photo's of their place?

The food was very basic but it was freshly cooked and very tasty and the coffee hit just the right spot. It got a huge thumbs up and beaming smiles from Wee Man anyway. Just a shame it's so far away for regular visits.

Well thank you for looking, and if you'd like to grab a cuppa (or whatever takes your fancy), and share some time with some like minded friends, then please click on the link ^ up top ^.

Until next time...............
..........thanks for popping by to say 'Hi' ((hugs))
