29 Faces of September - #25 to #29

I did it! I completed the whole month of the challenge, creating one face for each day. I have done a couple more since, but here are the last few that take me to Twenty Nine!

Thank you to all who have visited through this challenge, and left such generous comments, I have appreciated every single one of them.

I intend to continue practising this side of my creativity.

Faces 13 to 18

Here are my next lot of Faces, drawn as part of the 29 Faces September 2014 challenge.

I am acutely aware that I have a very long way to go before achieving any kind of uniformity and consistancy; however, I am still enjoying this challenge very much and can see an improvement in my work.

As with some of the previous faces I've shown I have used a mix of micron pen, graphite pencil, colouring pencils and watercolour pencils.

I have decided to link to Paint Party Friday for the first time.

29 Faces - Seven to Twelve

I am still going strong in the 29 Faces September 2014 challenge, hosted on AyalaArt and I am still having lots of fun practising. Here are faces 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.

I truly appreciate your coming by to have a look. I have used a mix of graphite pencils, coloured pencils, micron pens, watercolour pencils and oil pastels.

29 Faces - One to Six

After seeing lots of amazing faces over the past year or so, all linking in to Ayala's challenges of 29 Faces, I decided I would have a go. Now, I'm no artist, per se, but I have gained enough confidence over the past couple of years to 'have a go' and I'm having loads of fun and of course it's all about the fun, and practise, practise, practise. The current challenge started on September 1st and although I have been posting my pictures on facebook, I haven't time to blog every day, so I thought I would do the ocassional group post.
So without further ado, here are my first six faces ~

I have used a mix of pencil, black micron pen, Derwent Graphik line maker and Derwent watercolour pencils. If you want to see some really artistic face work then follow this link here and you won't be disappointed.
