My Summer Holiday

My Summer holidays were very exciting. I had six and a half weeks off school. My birthday was in the holiday and now I am 7.

I finished the ICAD challenge. I made 50 ICADs and lots of new friends.
I had lots of fun in my paddling pool
enjoyed walks in the sunshine
 playing at the playground
riding on nice buses
and eating in different places.
But the best adventure of my holiday was going to Edinburgh and I slept in a guest house.
I went on the Festival Wheel 8 times. The Festival Wheel is 50 metres tall but the London Eye is 120 metres. I went on the London Eye when I went to London in October 2013.

I went to the zoo.
I made a new bear in a workshop and his name is Rainbow Bear.
The ticket man on the tram gave Rainbow Bear his own ticket but he didn't have to pay
and the driver let me sit in her cab and I rang the bell 2 times.
I enjoyed rolling down the hill near the castle
and I enjoyed getting back home again
I am looking forward to going back to school. I start Primary 3 tomorrow.

Love from Wee Man :-D

  6. Hi Wee Man! I love seeing all the photos of your adventures this summer. Looks like you had a LOT of fun!! I bet it must have been awesome being on that Festival Wheel - nice view from up there, isn't it? And even better from the London Eye last year! I think it's wonderful that you made 50 ICADS!! I have seen quite a few of them and I think you are such a good artist. I also think Rainbow Bear is adorable - love all the colours!! I hope you will enjoy being back in school and learn new things. What are your favourite subjects? Mine were English (my 2nd language since I'm Norwegian), history, and art classes of course :-) Love from Bibi in Norway xox

  10. Looks like you had a wonderful trip. I think you are brave to go on the Ferris Wheel. I don't like high places so to me you are very brave. I've never seen a castle. There are no castles where I live. I hope you tell us what you learn in school this year.

  12. Hi Wee Man you have had a grand adventure on the holiday and I think that Rainbow Bear was lucky to get his own ticket. Rolling down the hill looked like great fun and the guest house looked lovely. I am soooo impressed you went on that wheel so many times because my husband would be too scared to try that, so he is thinking you are very brave. Thanks for sharing your holiday with us and I hope you have a great first week back at school.
